Packages get stolen. Cameras haven't worked for years, and management says this is the first they hear of it. No ownership or solution rendered.
Billing issues have been raised and no solution up to date. Additionally, new fees being added to bill but no reason why. A discrepancy and added cost of $300 without explanation or communication. I'm one of many with this issue.
People smoking weed too inside building. For people with family, you think if this is the right place.

empathy from leadership, ownership, and effort towards problems have really brought this place to a different direction to what it once was. Units remain empty, building has issues, and tenants that have been there for some time are choosing to leave. Tenured tenants have also chosen to escalate issues to other sources as no progress towards concerns is happening.
