Wonderful place to live!
August 22, 2018I lived here for over a year, Chris & Julianne are awesome & so quick to get thing's taken care of. The maintenance crew are so friendly & always stop to visit with my dog, no matter how busy they are. The whole community is very friendly & just a really nice environment to live in. A little congested with Autzen stadium right across the street, but with Alton Baker park just down the street, it makes up for it!Review from Apartments.com
Best Maintenance
September 4, 2017I lived here for a year, and the maintenance was amazing. We got a rock stuck in our garbage disposal once, and when I went to the office, they sent someone over in five minutes to get it out. Everything was pretty clean, although the older construction seemed suceptible to mold. We did everything to prevent and get rid of it, but just had to keep wiping the walls down with bleach. Besides the mold, living here was a good experience.Review from Apartments.com

August 22, 2015The complex has done a lot of upgrading since I've lived here and it looks great! The 1bedroom is perfect for any student. The bedroom is big! Double closets and a nice big window. The living/dining room is decent sized. Plenty of room for a few guests. Every apartment is kept really nicely maintained. You can make this apartment feel just like home!Review from Apartments.com
Absolutely Wonderful!
February 4, 2014I have lived in a few apartments around Eugene and by far this is the best place I've ever lived. Chris, Julianne and the whole crew are wonderful and make your stay just like home. Would I live there again? In a New York minute! You won't be disapointed. They are wonderful and if you need anything fixed they are there quickly.
