Poor quality and poor management

Hey all! My husband and I lived here for a little over a year. I do NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The parking is very limited, they’re incredibly hard to get a hold of and they don’t normally call back no matter how many times you call. The base boards don’t meet the floor so bugs come through (we had a lot of rolls pollys) the walls are crazy thin to a point we could hear our neighbors screaming at each other all the time. The walls have moisture in them to a point that if you ...
tap on them, they leave a dent. The whole building is poorly built. We (the whole apartment complex) pay for the hall lights and the empty apartments. We moved out three weeks ago and were told that our apartment looked great and we wouldn’t be charged for anything well, we got an email stating our cleaning wasn’t “good enough” and we needed to clean or or they would charge us. DONT MOVE HERE genuinely the worst property management I’ve ever had.
