October 23, 2025Parkridge is the best! The updated units are attractive, the landscaping is nicely kept, and the buildings are spread out with trees all around (unlike some properties where they are squished together and it's all concrete). The office staff are kind, caring, and helpful, the maintenance staff are highly skilled and very responsive (the best!). The buildings are nicely spaced out among trees and landscaping. The office staff are responsive and very caring. The maintenance staff are highly skilled and very kind. The office people are great.. whenever I've had an issue with my apartment and talked to the office people, the repair fellows have been here within 2 hours and fix the problem.
