October 23, 2025Parkridge is the best! The updated units are attractive, the landscaping is nicely kept, and the buildings are spread out with trees all around (unlike some properties where they are squished together and it's all concrete). The office staff are kind, caring, and helpful, the maintenance staff are highly skilled and very responsive (the best!). Amazing place to live but car was stolen during the night
August 27, 2025Pros: peaceful, in nature, great value for price, pool, pet friendly Cons: my car was stolen in the night due to lack of lighting/security, apartments on the east side of property have flooring that are starting to sink down toward the hillside Tips: if you plan to move here make sure to get yourself a steering wheel lock :)Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2025This is an excellent apartment community, and I can say that because I've lived here since 1997. The attractive updated units even have linen closets! The buildings are nicely spaced out among trees and landscaping. The office staff are responsive and very caring. The maintenance staff are highly skilled and very kind.
