September 5, 2022I currently work at DTW airport just down the road. Concorde Club Apartments has a fantastic location for getting to the airport or highways. The management/maintenance team is always responsive and cares a lot about the community. In my complex I have never had any issues with noise or neighbors. So far everyone I have met keeps to themselves or is very kind. March 16, 2022I've left very positive 5 star reviews before, but this one is not so much. Management has changed. Communication is a struggle, and heat for my building works maybe 50% of the time. Maybe less. Maintainance and their contractors are sometimes not on the same page. I'm hoping improvements are made soon. Until then, I wouldn't recommend. August 13, 2021My experience here so far is not the best I got a fixer upper apartment Things been leaking in my unit and I put in a few work orders. Because things were not getting fix correctly. Also since I moved in the stairwells that leads to your apartment smells like someone Urine under the stairwell. Its a very unpleasant smell when its a really hot day.
