    I currently work at DTW airport just down the road. Concorde Club Apartments has a fantastic location for getting to the airport or highways. The management/maintenance team is always responsive and cares a lot about the community. In my complex I have never had any issues with noise or neighbors. So far everyone I have met keeps to themselves or is very kind. If you’re looking for a spot to rent that has a great location and a reliable staff I would give these Apartments a chance.

    I wouldn’t move here. The appearance will get your attention up until you move in. This definitely was a learning experience for me. Never move into a place that you never got a chance to look over up until 2 days before move in.

    I recommend that you save your money and go somewhere else if you have a maintenance they will never fix it I didn’t listen to the reviews and now I’m paying for it I haven’t had heat since February when I moved in

    I've left very positive 5 star reviews before, but this one is not so much. Management has changed. Communication is a struggle, and heat for my building works maybe 50% of the time. Maybe less. Maintainance and their contractors are sometimes not on the same page. I'm hoping improvements are made soon. Until then, I wouldn't recommend. Especially not during the winter months.

    Concorde is a great place to stay, especially for first time renters, and the placement to ensure Amazon workers are never late is probably the best decision youd ever make. Maintenance usually fixes things I request within 24-48 hours and they do their jobs to perfection. I highly recommend you move in here.

    My experience here so far is not the best I got a fixer upper apartment Things been leaking in my unit and I put in a few work orders. Because things were not getting fix correctly. Also since I moved in the stairwells that leads to your apartment smells like someone Urine under the stairwell. Its a very unpleasant smell when its a really hot day. Which during these times things should be Sanitary.

    Concorde Club is wonderful community. The Management and Maintenance team are exceptional. They work together to make the living experience here a very positive one. The office staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The Maintenance team are always prompt and completes each work order. I've been a resident for almost 5 years and would recommend Concorde Club very highly
