Management sucks
October 11, 2022Management way too invasive. Bother you over ever single little thing they find wrong but get dodgy and rude when they are in the wrong. Water goes out somewhere on the property on a weekly basis. If you put in a work order they treat it as if permission to enter was given and just walk in with no warning. They are quick to tack charges onto you for anything they can find and they actively look for things to do just that pretty often. Every week they are sending out a notice to not do something ...or you'll be fined $200 like checking everyone's registration sticker on their car to make sure it's up to date or they'll have it towed AND fine you is one example. Overall the property is kinda nice despite being on a flood plane, but the management is too up in everyone's business for my taste. Total Mismanagement and Disregard
October 26, 2021We lived here three months without working showers—in a newly remodeled unit—before they finally called a plumber who fixed the issue in 30 minutes. Despite running the AC constantly all day, the temperature consistently is above 80 (sometimes close to 90), even with a portable unit (which we had to spend our own money on) trying to help. Often, it still will be 80+ degrees after 9:00pm. They keep telling us that this is normal and there is no problem to fix. We complained about it all summer ...(only to be told they thought they sent someone to look at it and marked the work order complete) and they only did any maintenance on it when it stopped blowing cold air altogether. We had to sleep elsewhere for two nights while it was 90+ in our apartment and were not offered compensation of any kind or even an apology. We were unable to access our mailbox for more than a month because they wouldn’t or couldn’t give us the key. The water is cut off about once a week, usually without warning. Great community and great location
March 23, 2019Complex is in a nice area, with so many amenities. Management is very nice and helpful. Plus it's right down the road from the school and the store, along with being right across the street from a great park and the public pool, not that you would really need to go there due to fact that the property has 2 pools on site already. Sad disgrace
October 5, 2016Bed bugs, bad service, rent changes with no notice, office personnel has attitudes, hold your mail in office for few days, and office people come in your apartment like the red head does without permission. Life in Paradise
August 14, 2015My Apartment Is fantastic. The Staff here are so nice and helpful and really care about you. The apartments were built in the late 1970s but they have been well maintained.
