October 14, 2021Because upper management is very good. They need a full-time maintenance man. I see the other review was written in 2017 and this is 2021. Prices have changed and you have to pay the water and sewage now out of your own pocket. Rent has gone up. It could be a wonderful place to live with just a little more work. Pretty decent for the most part
June 21, 2017The pool has been empty for about a year now, and the fountain in the Courtyard is a disgusting color, and is never on. The maintenance staff comes in whenever they want, and I have had to tell them to leave on several occasions for walking in when I was just out of the shower, etc. And the water is only included in the other half of the complex. Other than that, it's not bad. The property Manger is sweet and is very relaxed. She's very easy going and forgiving when it comes to rent payments and ...such.
