Both times I received excellent, professional, service from their property management and maintenance team. At first, it was Stefanie, and now Traci. The prices were affordable, and the locations rented around Newark were decent. What I'm impressed with during both times with them is that they are always trying to improve the renter's satisfaction. They sought immediate action if I had a sketchy neighbor or needed maintenance ...help. Now they invested in making paying rent and maintenance requests online which made things a lot easier. I never got any vibes that they are slumlords or anything like that. Nice, affordable apartment
January 11, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI recently moved into my apartment in December, 2022. The carpeting is all brand new and walls freshly painted. Afforable rent, with water and garbage included. Also cats are allowed (with a fee) which is a huge plus! They renovated my apartment prior to lease signing, so all the flooring, carpeting, cabinets etc was brand new upon arrival. I had A LOT of questions before and during my move. The Apartment Manager, Traci, was extremely helpful and responsive to literally every last question I had. Communication and personality is A+, she made the entire process a pleasure. Maintenance was wonderful, and paid attention to detail. I was very apprehensive ...about moving to “country” from city. However, now I have my own balcony and thoroughly enjoy the wildlife right outside my door! Also, the Finger Lakes area is absolutely breathtaking! The few neighbors I have run into have been smiling and nice. There is a nice park like 500 feet away. It’s worth checking out if you’re moving this way!!
