My apartment was a 2 bed room An 2 bathroom the. only probelm pluming was horrible sink barely let water flow and bath tub always was stopped up always had to call maintenance long story short owner got made said it was my fault i repilied it could have been old plumming and she was mad told me i had to leave which left me close to homeless now 3 to 4 mths later im still looking for better i have faith i will find it

Drug city party everyday and night you see the police almost every night.They do not fix anything,just patch work nothing works in apartment correctly .Music and hanging out in front of apartments and parking lots you will not get sleep at night living here.Shooting also goes on at night from time to time there has been vandalism on people car,stolen cars in parking lot and resident have gotten there car stolen also.Very loud noises Fighting,Flooding Leaking Ceilings,Rats,Roaches and they call ...

there self spraying your apartment to get rid of them.Beware DON'T LIVE HERE.

We can't fix the are, but we certain can and did fix the build. There are no stolen cars, breaking in units, rats or roaches on this property. We provide a pest control as a courtesy and for tenants that do not complain the rules and regulations we EVICT then, because unfortunately certain tenants use to disrespect the place where they use to live instead to take a good care and remember whatever we do here it is for their own comfort. We are working hard to make the property a better place for everyone and truly hope you and everyone stop by to check out. About the review on top...maybe if I have the name of this person I can explain more why this review. Thank you,

I am sorry you fell in this way. The entire complex being renovate; including the "bad tenant" moved out. We can fix the property but we CANT fix the area. We are open for inspection any time. At Parkside we provide pest control as a courtesy, landscape, brand new laundry facility with 5 speed queen washers and 5 speed queen driers; 2 handyman, 1 cleaner and 1 manager in place 40 hours per week.
