January 11, 2022Extremely cheap utilities in the buildings lead to constant plumbing issues as well as terrible water pressure and water temperature control all year round. No high-hat lighting in the apartments leaves them feeling dark with not much you can do to brighten them up to the extent you would like.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2015Living at Parkside is like living on a resort! The grounds are kept in spectacular condition and the three pools are a summer favorite. Walking along the Hudson River or sitting to watch the boats drift by adds to the relaxing community feel. The ferry next to the community makes it easy for city commuters or visitors. Parkside has many features suitable to all of your needs and the staff are always available and ready to help.
