Parkside is great. The university of Maryland CS building is pretty near to it. The location is spot on. The apartment are fully furnished. Just the maintenance service is little bit slow. The apartment is clean and hygienic. Also the locality is pretty safe. Stores are also near.!!!!

Amazing apartment with all the basic amenities and spacious rooms. University is at walkable distance from the apartment. The rooms are Fully furnished and hence this is the perfect choice for the und students.

The rooms are same as displayed on the Website, though the bathroom is quite small, which can only accomodate one person.
The living room is spacious while the bedrooms are okay-ish size.

It is very cozy and has enough space the floor is a bit dirty but rest everything is fine. The bathrooms are good. The Kitchen appliances work fine as well.
