I have resided in Dupage County for many years, majority of it at Parkside Estates in Glendale Heights, which has been an awesome experience. My neighbors are fantastic, Linda in the office and her maintenance crew are the best! I enjoy walking the entire apartment complex taking in the well kept grounds and scenery.

This place is awesome. No complaints after living here a year. It is clean, quiet, and well kept. There is even a cleaning service for the hallways.
Linda is a great property manager that’s on top of things and very responsive. This place is easily the best bargain in the area for how nice things are and with a fireplace and in unit laundry!

I applied for an apt and the leasing agent was super unprofessional. She originally called me to tell me I missed an appointment, when I did not. Sent her all the paperwork and she continued to ask the same questions on the appli. and told me how other people do not tell the truth. Then said I could not rent because I had 3 cars. She could have lead the conversation with that information. She was nosey and unprofessional.

We ask the same questions and require the same verification documents for all applicants. I was home sick with Covid the day you came to visit the property, When I called you to discuss your application and you become very combative. We have rental criteria that must be met to ensure that we only accept qualified applicants. We do not offer 3 parking spaces as our lot would not accommodate all the vehicles.

I was lucky to have stayed in Parkside estates for 2 years prior to relocating due to work. The pricing for the space you receive is amazing, not to mention in unit washer / dryer and the perks of being close to the expressway.
Linda is a wonderful landlord and keeps tenants up to date with any changes, and is quick to respond to questions or maintenance requests.

We have lived at Parkside Estates for 2 years. Parkside Estates was our first ever home on our own. When we first looked at the place, Linda was amazing, super quick at responding to questions, and incredibly helpful! We were a poor family consisting of a stay-at-home mom and a graduate student. But Linda still took a chance on us and our little family. She is strict but I feel that it is actually a very refreshing and great thing to have because we knew and felt that the property was kept up ...
well and that we would be heard and taken of very well too. The tenants are her NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!
Living here has been great. We have never really had any problems with our unit and any problems we bring to Linda are usually fixed within a 24-hour period. Communication with her is fantastic, and she is always available to listen to our concerns! She is also ALWAYS so warm and fantastic with my 2 kids even when they pester me to visit her office every time we walk past it! She is always willing to put aside time for YOU. If not for the fact that our family is simply getting just too big for the units they offer here, we would probably have continued to stay on. We will truly miss the amazing tenant care and service we have received at Parkside over the last 2 years. We are really going to miss living here. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for 1 or 2 BR apartments. Prices are very reasonable, staff are amazing, and people are pretty friendly around here too. 5 stars for sure!

It's an awesome complex for the single or the family oriented person . Many great surrounding items. Tennis courts parks places to grill but the most awesome of all is their wonderwonderful pool and club house definite keeper and price not bad for what you get
