Parkside does the things I value really well. Very clean and modern shared spaces: they want you to come down and enjoy them or reserve a private workspace or attend a resident social event. I love that everything is included in one price!! No unpleasant surprises. Should you need it, maintenance comes very quickly and solves the issue on the first go. Parkside also takes recycling seriously. But the best feature is that all kinds of people live here: MDs, students, families, seniors, retirees ...
who have downsized, people in their working lives, etc. That means everyone has a different schedule. So it's wonderful that noise, loud music, acting stupid, or otherwise interfering with anyone's enjoyment of their apartment home isn't tolerated. I love the concierge! 24/7 coverage, package service, and a friendly face when I come home. Also, bus stops right at the front door. Why drive when I can be whisked to Harvard Square in 14 minutes. Very happy here. And I have a choice of walking around Fresh Pond, around the Belmont park, or even having a moment of quiet contemplation in the Belmont graveyard that is nearby and beautifully maintained.
