Bad Management and Slow Maintenance
September 29, 2022While this could be a very lengthy review, I'll do my best to keep it very short and simple. On my day of move in I had already found a few problems with the apartment. I submitted tickets for these issues to get resolved, however a week later when maintenance finally came by, one of the issues had not been resolved and no attempt had been made to resolve it before the ticket was deemed closed. I opened another ticket and a few days later the maintenance guy came by again, he did some things and ...said he would be by the next day to verify that the issue is resolved.... He never came by. I called the leasing office only to be greeted by a woman who was rather disrespectful. Now I'm sure my town wasn't the happiest, but I do mind my pleases and thank you's. This woman seemed rather upset that I had any form of complaint to begin with and promptly hung up on me. With 2 weeks of trying to get an issue resolved... and its just not getting resolved, whilst also being disrespected the whole way... Not very impressive. I will admit that there are some people in the office that are helpful, there was a kind man who promptly solved a major issue for me. But it doesn't overshadow the lack of urgency and disrespect of other events. The apartment quality is okay, granite counters and stainless steel appliances look nice... But doors and door frames are all bent. Water pressure is low to the showers but insanely high to the sinks. Not really a complaint but some things I've noticed that are weird. As I am very big on respecting others, I will have to leave 1 star. In the future if things change, maybe my review will as well. But overall... I am not impressed and I rather regret moving here. Worst Management
June 21, 2021The management is the worst in terms of communication to residents, problem solving and making the best decisions for the residents. Also, to find parking is very hard after 4 pm. I would recommend you to find any other place for living instead this one.Property Manager Responded

I am unsure of who you are since there is no name associated with this review and I am unsure of the reasoning behind why you feel this way. We are always communicating to the residents on a regular basis as to what is going on around the community, and at times we also send out notices to all doors depending on what the notification is regarding. If you are not receiving our emails, please reach out to us as you may have possibly unsubscribed to them. As for parking, I have never seen any parking issues at 4pm. Parking issues tend to happen when residents get off work to late into the night. You can experience parking issues at any community, not just here, especially when occupancy is at a higher level. If you would like a reserved parking space, we will be happy to speak with you about covered or garage parking. Absolutely Amazing

Amazing Service through Winter Week
February 18, 2021During this historic winter event, we have been through power outage for 36+ hours and almost 3 days without water. I have been amazed and appreciative of the updates sent by the Manager,Kim, and her crew. When it became clear this wasn't a couple of hours inconvenience, they offered to put garage doors on manual until evening. Even if the news was not good, updates were honest and encouraging. It's easy to do a job well when everything is working. But really good people do the jobs to the ...very best of their ability when it's tough. Love it here
December 15, 2019Been here since May 2018 best apartment experience I’ve had so far in my 3rd floor 2 bedroom with my toddler son. Moving in I did have a minor issue with a cost discrepancy/misunderstanding. Since then however I’ve had only positive experiences with management. No pest control issues for me at all rarely do I see a pest and if I do it’s because I left my backdoor open. The host parties and events the end of summer party is so fun we’ve been the past two years. Also went to the Halloween party ...that was fun. Santa will be here next week.
