June 28, 2025Great area, love how we’re so near Wegmans and all the shopping and dining in the Providence Center. They said they were to have a dog park, it’s been 2 years and they have not started to build one yet. Pool is very nice but extremely small. Free 20 cups of coffee every month is a nice touch. Says pet friendly, but heard of staff complaints of dogs barking which does not make sense.Property Manager Responded

Initially, that was supposed to be built with phase 2, but unfortunately that project is on hold, beyond our control. Please know that the park across the street is pet friendly. May 19, 2025Size of apartment is great. Lots of storage and a big kitchen. Amenities are well maintained both inside and outside. Communication with staff is easy. Only downside is walls are thin and parking garage.Property Manager Responded
