It will soon be three years that I have called Arden Parkside-Providence towncenter my home. I am still very comfortable living here. It definitely is a safe, well maintained apartment community. The management staff continues to be attentative and concerned for your well being and comfort. They are all very professional and friendly. I love it here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. It’s a beautiful building and very clean. The only thing I can mention is being on the 5th floor when it’s windy is very noisy! Consider another floor if you like quiet.

I have been living at Arden Parkside for almost two years, and I have been pleasantly surprised in how much I like living here. The monthly events are fun, and having a good gym is a real plus. Maintenance has been timely and efficient as well as very friendly. The front desk staff are so helpful and go out of their way for problem solving. Kudos go especially to Rebecca and Diana.

The folks at Arden have thought of everything. My wife says there must have been a woman involved in the planning. From parking to elevators to clean floors, carpets, walls and exercise equipment, this place sparkles. Management is cheerful and efficient. We’re loving it here.

Had some maintenance issues but everyone in the management office and maintenance helped out to solve the issue. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process.

The community is great - clean, friendly and well maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to move. The location is great, easy access from 422 and the shops in the town me center are a huge bonus.
