March 2, 2026I have been living at Arden Parkside for almost two years, and I have been pleasantly surprised in how much I like living here. The monthly events are fun, and having a good gym is a real plus. Maintenance has been timely and efficient as well as very friendly. January 22, 2026I was actually stunned with how beautiful and clean the entire building and apartment were. The staff went above and beyond to sanitize the living space and even left travel size gifts including dish soap, laundry detergent, and shampoo upon my arrival. Everyone I have met has been so friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait for summer time to really enjoy all of the outdoor amenities. December 21, 2025I've been here for a week and everyone I have met so far has been friendly and helpful! The location is wonderful and shopping and eating local has been such fun! The front office staff and maintenance staff have far exceeded my expectations!
