September 20, 2025All aspects of the check- in process were organized and well communicated and executed. The entire staff was helpful and welcoming. I particularly liked that all of the important paper work and “resident rules” were presented in a single folder.Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2025Overall positive, some smaller things that would have been nice like checking that out apartment had a modem as it was suppose to be internet ready (was removed by previous tenant) and where we are located, if we had the signature scent in our hallway like the rest of the building.Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2025Great area, love how we’re so near Wegmans and all the shopping and dining in the Providence Center. They said they were to have a dog park, it’s been 2 years and they have not started to build one yet. Pool is very nice but extremely small. Free 20 cups of coffee every month is a nice touch. Says pet friendly, but heard of staff complaints of dogs barking which does not make sense.Property Manager Responded

Initially, that was supposed to be built with phase 2, but unfortunately that project is on hold, beyond our control. Please know that the park across the street is pet friendly.
