From the moment I moved in, I felt a strong sense of safety, comfort, and peace of mind. The entire community is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the on-site team is made up of genuinely kind and professional people. Service requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and both the move-in and move-out processes were seamless. Everything was easy and ...
straightforward thanks to the friendly and responsive staff. A special shout-out to the manager — someone who truly treats you like family. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure any issues or concerns were addressed with care and urgency. It's rare to find that level of personal attention in a rental community. We lived at Parkside for 3 years and loved it. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. The community is safe and quiet, we were never worried about our home or safety. The office staff knows tenants by name and checks on you often, and they host fun events frequently where you can get to know your neighbors. Maintenance responded quickly and were always polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move.

Worth every dollar

Absolutely loved and will miss Parkside towns. Susan and Genet were very accommodating and understanding of anything that ever came up and ensured quality service every time they set up an event or get together. Whether you’re a single person or a family looking to stay in these wonderful town homes I say ABSOLUTELY DO IT!! Cannot recommend park side towns enough and the friendly neighbors/friends I made while living there!

Management is fantastic

We have lived at Parkside Towns for 5 years and have been very impressed with the management team and the maintenance crew. Every issue we’ve had has been addressed promptly and courteously. The property is clean. The residents seem to enjoy living here. It’s a great step up from an apartment property and it can fit your needs if you are between houses.

Great place to live

I lived here for 3+ years and had a completely positive experience. The office team (Susan and Genet) were always responsive and helpful! Anytime a repair was needed in my unit I could count on expedient service. Parkside Towns is a safe and clean and I recommend them if you are looking for a new home!

A great 2+ years

Great 2 years at Parkside Towns!!!

We lived in their 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms town house for 2 years. We loved the house, neighbors, environment, and, most of all, very friendly office/maintenance staffs!! They were always willing to help us and took action right away after we made a request. All of our experiences with them were positive. They had a party quite often too - food track, Halloween, Christmas, etc. We did our best not to miss any:-) We so miss living in Parkside Towns..... We strongly recommend this place all ...

My parents are relocating to Richardson from California in the Fall, and I have been scouting out potential communities for them to consider. I have been to a lot of properties, and some haven't been the most pleasant of experiences. Parkside Towns is a breath of fresh air! at I was looking for my parents who would not be relocating for 60 days. However, at Parkside Towns that was not the case. The Leasing Professional showed me a lot of available options, helped consider the pros and cons of each floor plan. Overall, this was the best experience I have had!

Best apartment community in Richardson ever.

Excellent apartments built in 2014, very nice gated community and location. We take a 3 beds/3 baths one, and they treat us very nice. I study at UTD and the apartment is basically right opposite to my school. Highly recommended if you want to have a quite, secure environment to study and live.

When my family and I relocated to this area, we stopped in the office and was greeted with kindness from the office staff. The property was kept very clean and the pool looked awesome clean and clear which was a big plus for our family. Maintenance is always courteous and will do the work orders in a timely manner. We love living here and would always refer our family and friends. We just signed another year lease with Parkside, We can say this is our HOME!!!!
