My new forever home!

I just moved here a few weeks ago and I am never leaving my new forever home! The one bedroom floor plan is spectacular with the vaulted ceilings, all the newly renovated items, and the huge patio! The office staff Jenny and Patrick have been so very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance team is spectacular. This apartment complex run very well. I have lived in apartments for decades, and this is my favorite one ever! I'm never leaving.

Nice sized apartments and clean grounds. Rarely had any issues but fast response if there was something. Staff was friendly and accommodating including maintenance and your dogs will love it with the walking trail being so close!

I enjoy living here. If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would remain here. I enjoy the pool in the summer. It’s quiet, clean, I feel so safe here. I enjoy sitting on my patio watching the children play as well as walkers getting in their exercise. Maintenance is always on top of things. Kudos to you guys. The office team is great. Me and my family were supposed to move from Virginia to North Carolina so we stumbled across Parkside and everything was AMAZING from the initial call with Mr. Patrick who was extremely kind and helpful with the application to keeping me updated. Then to Ms. Rachel the property manager who was the sweetest and most pleasant person to speak to. They both answer all questions in a professional manor ! Recommend this property to anyone in the Clayton area !

Rachel and Patrick have made living here an amazing experience. The maintenance team is also extremely helpful. Great neighbors, great pool, and the town park is within walking distance. I moved in a few months back and I've been very pleased with the customer service from the people that work in the office and the maintenance guys have been great! I LOVE my apartment and my neighbors are really nice. I do wish that the pool was bigger but it's open all year so that's cool. Parking is a bit crowded so I got a garage but it wasn't expensive and well worth the money!

When I first moved to Parkside Village the Management was so friendly and helpful. Since then they now have a new woman in the office who will let you know she does not like people, children or pets. Not at all friendly. She makes you not want to go to the office. We use to have gatherings and social events. We haven't had anything in a year. The new management needs to be replaced. Its making everyone very unhappy wanting to move. I know when my lease is up, I am moving.

also two maintenance guys, one who goes well above his pay grade to fix the issues we have here at Parkside. The other man does nothing but make you feel as tho its your fault its broke. Great Job hiring Ray, as for the other one, he needs to be replaced.

I would not recommend Parkside Village. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! Walls and window are terrible drafty - my electric bill was outrageous! Mold was coming out from behind shower walls into the tubs. When reported, it was only covered up, not tested and repaired properly. Homeless people would hang around at night. Didn't feel safe out after dark. So happy my lease ended when it did!
