  • Rude leasing office

    November 29, 2024
    The leasing office is very rude and lacks customer service. I’ve lived here for 2 years. The first year was awesome but the management has changed. It’s a comfortable place to live as long as you don’t have issues. The halls often smell of trash and there is a fruit fly infestation. The building is also NOT smoke-free as indicated in the rental agreement. I can no longer justify paying high rental fees for no amenities and rude staff.

    The care and courtesy provided by staff and the community at Parkside at Avalon Park is phenomenal. This is my very first apartment and I personally felt like I couldn't have made a better choice if even possible. Timely maintenance fixes, right next to a fantastic open air park and people are very nice. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested in enjoying Orlando.
