    Beautiful place and lovely people. Everything is right in this beautiful town.Lovely view .we have a beautiful park and the town is always maintained. We have alot of restaurants and always have food trucks and entertainments.

    Honest Review: 8.9 out of 10. It’s the little things that keep it from a 10. (No area is perfect) Pros: We live in a 3/2. Great area to live. Lots to do with the family or spouse. Has everything you could need in pretty much walking distance from food, shops, ect, Great school district (that’s why we picked this area) the area is clean. Everyone is friendly. Feels safe. The spacing for our unit is really nice, I love our kitchen: new, modern looking, nothing feels dated. The landscaping and ...
    outside area is kept up, and clean. Inside apartment is kept up well. The park right across the street is awesome for the Kiddo’s or to get a walk in or walk the dog. My son loves to fish and there are a lot of ponds to go fishing. The area has a lot of pools. ( you could swim in a new pool every weekend.) work request if needed get done quickly. Local apartment office is always quick to reply. Overall great apartment. If they worked on the things below it would be perfect to me. My pro and con is the many events. It’s great if you’re there at an event/outing & not great if you wanted to sleep in. It’s a love hate thing. Cons: Consider your are on a main road, so if someone wants to rev their car or bike at 02:45 AM it happens. (#Late night&straight pipes) haha The apartment is located again on a main road next to the park across the street so neighborhood: events, festivities, food truck night, parades happen very often at the park or main road. Thin Windows. - not the best windows, you hear it all on a weekend mornings when your wanting a lazy day from the work grind it’s hard to get the extra Z’s sometimes. Parking is my number 1 Con for Parkside. Definitely needs to be worked on. - it should be Residents only parking. (Every event or thing going on the whole neighborhood of Avalon uses the Apartment’s parking lot that’s already shared with CVS; You’ll get your emails that it’s food truck night, ect. so that road will be closed off on one side of the complex facing the park so everyone who parks on that side than parks on the other side. plus everyone from the area who drove over to that event. it can be a rat race at times to find parking for your home.) makes you question how bad you need to go somewhere sometimes because you know even if you go to the Publix down the street to a milk and eggs your ganna lose your spot.
