Awful Staff
March 29, 2018The management staff is an absolute joke here. They do not care about anyone. Maintenance staff are nice but not very qualified and it takes forever to get anything done. We had multiple MAJOR leaks in the winter that were not properly addressed which lead to mold in our walls. The rent is overpriced and the amenities are slim to none. You are ONLY paying for location. On-site gym has ONE working machine, and instead of fixing or replacing anything, they decided to spend money on wallpaper. Alright I guess
October 10, 2015if you look past the constant drug deals going on this place is alright. My neighbors are all very nice and keep to themselves. My apartment has a falling in ceiling in the shower that I was told had to have outside contractors to fix. This is along with my drain that slowly drains the water in my shower. Another thing to consider is if it rains hard the water seeps through the bottom frame of the bigger windows. I mentioned all of these things to the at the time management and they told me they ...had to have enough of the same claims for the contractors would come out. They also sent me an email a month later stating the window was fixed and it was not even touched and still leaks.. Very frustrating. It's alright
August 3, 2015This is my first apartment and first time doing it on my own. The apartments are affordable but that comes with many downfalls . I told the apartment place of needed repairs and they told me they fixed it while I was out one day but it was never fixed. The pool they advertised as sparkling is always dirty as well as tiny. There has been a glass door busted out all over someone's patio for over a month . The people are nice and leave you alone just not the highest quality of a place to live..Review from Apartments.com
