November 8, 2018I was the 10th tenant to move into this building when it first opened in 2013. I have loved the friendly atmosphere, amenities, and spacious apartments. I especially love the spacious balcony on each apartment. The complex manager is awesome, always quick to deal with any maintenance issue or complaint (although you will be hard pressed to find one). The controlled access and underground parking is especially nice for security and privacy from solicitors. Not scraping windows on winter ...mornings is a big plus as well! November 8, 2017I love living here!!!! I feel very safe from the well lit garage area to the 3rd floor apartments. No one can get in the building without a key or have someone physically open a door for them. I also like having a utilities and rent all in one payment.
