Well -kept landscaping and excellent maintence, move out could be problematic
April 23, 2018Month to month rate offered can be $400 over fixed term lease, which can make moving out more difficult, because you only have a chance to move out once per year without a large lease break fee. Move out cleaning form specifies $10 per slat on blinds if you don't clean the blinds properly. With 20 slats and 7 blinds, that's over $1750 to clean your blinds if they actually follow through with that charge. My recommendation is to take pictures of absolutely everything at move in and at move ...out with timestamp available on photo. They use a large amount of imodocloprine here on the rhodendrons. Can be a bit noisy sometimes if you don't like very old heater / boiler systems that tend to clang every once in awhile. Now that all being said, the grounds are immaculate, you get a storage unit in the basement included in rent, and the maintenance person (Sam) is fantastic. One bedroom units are very spacious, and has tons of closet space. You can get a garage for $150 / month, which is nice to have the option.
