Lovely place to live

I have lived at Parkview for almost 4 years and in two different units. I first moved into a one-bedroom, which is still my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. Later, I transferred into a two-bedroom. There are a couple of things to know before moving here. These are vintage apartments, which means that if you don’t monitor the moisture in your own apartment, you could potentially have an issue with mold. there is no dishwasher, and laundry is shared with three other units. I have never had to wait to do laundry, and I don’t mind washing dishes. The property manager, Shelley, is very responsive and takes care of things right away. Ricky is the maintenance man, and he is one of the friendliest people I know. He gets to know you, handles requests promptly, and always has a friendly conversation with you when he sees you around the property. I am moving because ever since I transferred into my two-bedroom unit and began living on the first floor, I have had an issue with a peeping Tom. Unfortunately, this is just the way Portland is now, so I highly recommend choosing a second-floor unit if you like to keep your blinds open, as I do.
