Parkview Apartments offers you more than just an apartment we are a community you will be proud to call home...We are located seconds from RT 22 and within walking distance of the Lehigh Valley Mall. our 1-bedroom apartments, starting at $1,354 a month for a ground-level/basement apartment and up. Our 2 bedrooms start at $1614.00 a month for a ground-level/basement apartment and up. Depending on the amenities of the apartment will depend on the monthly rate. Your rent includes your heat, hot water, cooking gas, and trash, sewer. The tenant pays for their electricity and cable. There is a one-time application fee of $50.00 per person for those who will be financially in the care of the apartment. After the application process if the application is approved you will need one month's rent and one-month security and a one-time $50.00 inspection fee. All must be cashier checks or money orders. We Allow Cats with a one-time non-refundable fee of $300.00. There is no need to make an appointment to see our apartments. We are open Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday through Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Waste of Time
October 18, 2021Called on a Tuesday night asking about availability, told they have two apartments. I ask if I can come by Thursday to apply, she says they'll still be available by then. I call Thursday while at the bank, getting the application money, and a different person says those apartments are gone already and I shouldn't have been told they'd still be there. I'm upset but say I'll be there before they close at 7 to apply for a different apartment they have. I gather all my papers and head over. I arrive ...by 6:10. They've already left for the day. Great for the price
December 29, 2020This is a fairly basic place and it suits all of our needs. Pros: We had a couple issues but the front desk and maintenance has always been wonderful. There is ample parking, the outside is maintained well, and our apartment was in good repair when we moved in. We haven't seen many bugs, much less than out old apartment. Cons: The hallways and common areas are in desperate need for new carpeting and a remodel. Our kitchen is pretty dated, though I know some units have been ...remodeled.
