Best Location in the city. We have a park across the street. We are 20 feet from the school, and a literal 5 minute walk to class!! Located right off the highway on Merchant street, one of Emporia's best streets for Food and shopping, Parkview has everything a college student could need. 2 Awesome Pools, laundry facilities on site and even parking for those who do choose to bring a car, students won't have to look any further than here to meet everything you need for your journey to your degree. Our spacious floorplans offer more room for late night study groups, and if you oversleep you only need seconds to get to class on time. We pride ourselves on serving the emporia student community and can't wait to make your college experience complete! We have several 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments available right now. We are also taking reservations for August on a first come first serve basis.

They are directly across the street from emporia state university and super affordable. The office girls are really sweet and helpful! I definitely recommend them.
