Mold and poor maintenance
January 21, 2026Do not live here. We have to call the city twice for them to even help us wit the mold and water damage issues. They will gaslight you when you make maintenance requests. They also put off repairs for years. They lie. We first moved in to an apartment that was literally falling apart and they said they'd make it good as new again in a few months four years later it's still a dump. There is mold. The door breaks often no security. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the office.Review from Apartments.com

July 12, 2022Maybe if I lived in buildings 1-3 I would give it a 2 star review. Maybe a 3 star if I were in the 1, yes 1, building that has close access to visitor parking. I was in building 4, as far from any parking as you can get. The lack of access makes carrying in groceries a pain. door dash can rarely find you. The Rent payment site is from the late 1990's. If you call the office no one answers or calls you back. Half the time when I tried to stop in the office was closed during office hours. My ...buildings "secure" doors are found stuck open daily. homeless people wonder in and hang out. lastly my downstairs neighbor would listen to loud heavy base at all hours of the day every day. it took months of complaining and trying to complain before anything happened. that has been better the couple of months but its getting bad again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
