Taken over ny new management

New management is absolutely awful. Sold to a new owner several months ago and property management has changed twice. Since then maintenance requests, including severe emergency requests, go ignored. Our ceiling sprung a major leak from our upstairs neighbors bathroom into ours. It has been over a week and nothing has been done leading to black mold and much of our bathroom being ruined. Still nothing has been done despite a public health code violation. Will be contacting lawyers if ...

Terrible place to live unless you like crackheads and pot smokers. Very poorly ran property, manager is lazy and just a very bad untrustworthy person (DO NOT TRUST HER!!!) The maintenance crew is terrible and uses used parts to fix everything, for as much as the rent is looks like they would fix things right.
