Excellent start to finish!
February 6, 2026My husband & I lived in this community for 3 years & had a great experience. This community is well maintained, quiet, & feels safe. There is secure underground parking! The management team has been responsive & professional whenever anything came up. All our maintenance requests were handled quickly. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, well laid out & truly felt home during our time there. We moved because of a job change, otherwise, we would have happily stayed. Open Spaces, Modern Design, and Reliable Management

The apartments are comfortable with all the amenities you need, the grounds are well cared for, and the community feels safe. Everything is fine till you decide to move out
April 7, 2022Good apartments , maintained well , secure , leasing office is reasonable but if you came across any urgency and have to move out , get ready with $6k-8k payment (2 months rent base on your lease for break ) and then 1 month of notice (rent) , if you have kids and even a patch is found on carpet , 40-50% of your deposits will be used for replacement, so with these conditions you can move in or sign time based lease , indeed expensive but these are luxury appnts , they also take $500-$550 yearly ...for maintenance (non refundable) does not matter you use amenities or not.Property Manager Responded

We do charge a penalty for breaking your lease early (this is common in the industry) and we withhold a portion of the security deposit to cover carpet replacement costs (if needed) so the unit is turned over in proper condition for the next resident. CLEAN, UPSCALE, GORGEOUS!!
April 9, 2020I've been a renter for many years at several different properties and this by far is the best. Firstly, they keep the property pristine. They have full cleaning staff that passes through all the common areas of the buildings daily! The first thing everyone would say when they visited was how clean and well maintained the property is. The finishes in the units are very nice, stainless steel appliances, real hardwood floors, full size washer/dryer. Conditions about lease breakage not available
March 7, 2017We visited the property today. The construction is still on and the property is beautiful. Unfortunately, the only reason why we arent going in for a lease with them is because they dont do lease breakage. So if you are in the unfortunate situation where you move to another state or out of the country, as far as immigrants are concerned, you will have to pay rent for the entire lease year. Thats irrespective of how long you've been there. There are 4 buildings that are coming up, of which one is ...almost done. They say 80% got leased without them having to raise a finger, so they can choose to hold back on all specials / offers and most importantly lease breakage. Most renters dont ask about this until they really have to, which could be too late, this review is only to ensure that people who do rely on reviews have an idea about what they would be getting into.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
