Great change at Parkway

Disappointing & Unsafe
March 20, 2024in the year i lived here there have been shootings, fire alarms pulled in the middle of the night, constant police in the building, vomit in the lobby, urine in the elevators, random ppl banging on the doors and screaming in the hallway, etc. its so disappointing bc the physical building is nice and the neighborhood is wonderful.Review from Apartments.com

September 5, 2023I cannot say this strongly enough: Look elsewhere. The building is incredibly unsafe, loud, and constantly smells of weed. The police are here every day dealing with fighting, drug use, and other disturbances. I have not met a single person who said they would recommend living here. Borger Management is one of the worst property management companies in DC and will not be honest about the condition of the building.
