Great change at Parkway
October 27, 2025Parkway Apartments is moving in the right direction. A couple of years ago, this building use to be chaotic. The new team has been nothing but awesome with addressing the issue. I can definitely see a change and I love it.Property Manager Responded

Disappointing & Unsafe
March 20, 2024in the year i lived here there have been shootings, fire alarms pulled in the middle of the night, constant police in the building, vomit in the lobby, urine in the elevators, random ppl banging on the doors and screaming in the hallway, etc. its so disappointing bc the physical building is nice and the neighborhood is wonderful.Review from Apartments.com

September 5, 2023I cannot say this strongly enough: Look elsewhere. The building is incredibly unsafe, loud, and constantly smells of weed. The police are here every day dealing with fighting, drug use, and other disturbances. I have not met a single person who said they would recommend living here. Borger Management is one of the worst property management companies in DC and will not be honest about the condition of the building. July 16, 2021I have had an over all very positive experience at the Parkway. The staff has been very responsive and helpful. The maintenance of the building is kept up well. And I appreciate the quietness of the building since I often work from home.Review from Apartments.com
