poor maintenance, management sucks, and nothing gets fixed
May 9, 2025Roach invested, maintenance sucks they do not know what they are doing, they take forever to fix anything. Management does not care how things are left by maintenance b/c she’s not a maintenance person. She’s lazy. Do not fix water leaks in a timely manner. Took all day for someone to come out. All he did was fix the pipe in the apartment upstairs and brought a fan to dry out apartment. Did not do anything else. Sheetrock is wet, getting moldy, carpet was wet to one of our bedrooms. Electrical ...outlets are wet and they did absolutely nothing. Will definitely not recommend these apartments to no one.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
They do not fix anything and the pool stays broke down
May 10, 2024The maintenance are LAZY! There are two of them that sit under the shade tree all day and order their newest recruit around to do all of the work for one huge apartment complex. I moved in with so many things n needing done and never got done and the a/c bill is high!!!! Mine ran almost 300 ac month! And never had a pool this intire summer because they couldn’t fix it yet couldn’t bring in a professional either, and their tow guy is always checking for cars in the wrong spot because keep in mind ...they visitor parking is way in the back with limited space so may cars are getting towed constantly!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Non-existent Maintenance, etc.
May 17, 2022Maintenance crew seems to convince management that they actually work, and they do NOT care about your unit. Car was vandalized, roommates bike stolen, domestic disputes between neighbors, cops called often. GO somewhere elseReview from Apartments.com
Not taken care of
October 16, 2021Maintenance is horrible. The guys and other staff are so sweet but it takes MONTHS for things to get fixed. My dishwasher has been broken since I moved in… five months!!! Work orders are basically ignored. Before you move in, they paint over everything— outlets, caulking, breaker box, and even the floor of the bathtub. It’s not a good job done either as I have globs of paint all over my floors. Granted, I live in the older apartments that haven’t been updated, but I’ve seen the updated apartments ...and it’s not much better! They definitely went cheap when they remodeled and it’s sad as it could’ve been so beautiful. Very little issues with bugs as long as you stay on top of cleaning. But it’s irritating that you can’t get things fixed, especially when you pay for it. Look for someplace else to live, as it’s not worth the price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Disgusting Apartment
August 1, 2021Just moved in and there are roaches everywhere, we cant use any of the bathroom sinks because they leak, and one of the bathroom toilets leak. Besides all of that the AC unit is horrible. We can’t get the house below 78 degrees and we have to buy window units so we don’t sweat in our own house. Finally to top it all off the management is so disrespectful and horrible. Save yourself, don’t move here.Review from Apartments.com

April 6, 2018This place is so old and the utility is so expensive, $200/month or even more for summer and $150/month during winter. The staff do not help you with anything, and they are rude. The maintenance is so slow when you need. My advice: do not think about this place. There are a lot of other complexes with better condition in this price, especially because they have increased the rents.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2015As I enter my second year living at this apartment complex, I have not once had a problem that wasn't handled as soon as possible by management. Work orders are almost always taken care of by the same or next day. The office staff remember what unit I live in and are always willing to listen to any problem I have. If I were to stay in college station after graduation, I would definitely be fine staying in the complex I'm in!Review from Apartments.com
