December 1, 2025I have been living here since April and it’s been an absolute mess. When I moved in, in April, the apartment was disgusting. We contacted management and they took care of it. They had new management take over, and things were falling apart. We had asked several times to have the pigeon poop cleaned off our balcony, and it never happened. The maintenance report was “completed” but they never actually did it. We didn’t get charged for water for 5 months- I went and talked to Lydia about this and ...she informed me that the mess up was on the apartment complex, not us, so they will not charge for the 5 months we missed they will charge us going forward. Three months later I get my normal monthly bill and there’s charges for water since April. When I called and talked to Lydia she said she remembered our conversation but I still need to pay the water bill. They also keep changing the code for the package room, and I am unable to get into the package room to get my packages. I think things here are very disorganized. I will not be renewing my lease here.Property Manager Responded
December 8, 2025Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration and want to clarify a few key points to ensure full transparency. After reviewing our maintenance logs, call records, and email history, we can confirm that in November we completed pigeon waste cleaning for all decks that had documented reports of activity. A total of 30 units were serviced. If your balcony did not receive this cleaning, it is because there is no traceable history of any request from your household. Only units with documented requests were added to the cleanup list. Regarding the water billing, during the management transition the system was not accurately capturing usage for several months. Once corrected, the historical usage for all affected residents became available and was applied accordingly. A mass notice was sent to all residents in advance to ensure everyone was aware that these charges would be posted. Because the water was used during that period, the charges were necessary once accurate ...data was available. With respect to the package room, the access code is periodically updated for security purposes and is the same for all residents. We sent two mass emails notifying all residents of the updated code. We apologize for any inconvenience and are available to assist with access if needed. We value your residency and regret that your experience has led you to consider non renewal. I love living here
June 21, 2025The transition was rocky but we made it through and things are better than ever! Susie is a sweetie, the pool is open and clean and the perfect temperature and they made it up to us by stocking the fridge full of delightful popsicles. Also, we just have a bunch of great memories here. This is the place where I fell in love and got my dog and brought him to his first park and he made his first very best friend. The dogs at the dog park are so nice and the new office staff is very very kind. I am ...looking forward to another fantastic summer at parkway!Property Manager Responded

Very pretty!
July 24, 2023The exterior view of the complex is great! Well kept all over the grounds. I love the look of the outside of the apartment buildings; green, blue, or gray buildings with white trim. They recently redid the cement, and it is pleasing to the eye and looks sleek. Grass is green and there is a fair amount of bushes and flowers around! Not a ton of trees, mostly because of the newer property, but there are some in between buildings and around the premises. There is a mini dog park towards the back of ...the complex, more than enough for your pup to let out some energy! And an awesome trail about a mile long starting just outside the complex. Be careful
June 21, 2023Very nice people in the office who respond quickly, with a lack of relaying all information. They pointed out I signed a disclosure agreement, which I did, and when I asked if the relevant information was included, they said they’re not required to include it, interesting. After $100 in application fees I do not get a refund and I do not to approved to live here, even when myself and my co-signer make over 7x monthly rent. Nice place but make sure you ask many questions in the process because ...they will not provide everything and will blame you for not knowing things and keep your fees and deny you living there.Property Manager Responded
