Parkway lofts is a good place to rent. Easy process to rent and good place to live at. Staff need to be bugged to get help. Beyond that it's a great place to live.

Parkway lofts is so comfortable to be in. It is right by the freeway so you can rush to work easily. If you go to UVU it’s right across the freeway! Get a bunch of friends to come live with you and it’s great!

Trash everywhere. Lots of meth heads. $300 extra hidden fees each month.

I live here right now. Every month they add $300 in additional fees to your bill. $170 for cable and internet. $50 to pay by card (only way you can pay) Numerous $10-20 fees. $40 for "VALET TRASH". Funny thing about this, they NEVER pick up your trash! And then when the bag is left out because they didn't do their job, they kick YOU a $25 fine per bag! What a racket! This is also supposed to be a non-smoking community. Almost all my neighbors smoke cigarettes, weed, and we have some ...
meth heads in our building. Every morning I clean cigarette butts off my patio. All the cool stuff never works, always closed. The rock wall, the bowling alley, the grills above the pool NEVER are open. I'd love to use some of this stuff. NOPE! The maintenance staff are nice and seem overworked due to management's cheapness to hire more guys. The management is non-existent. You're lucky if the office is staffed. Lots of the units have been turned into AirBnb's as well. The unit above me is a mini-hotel. If the place was managed well and they didn't hit you with $300 of extra fees each month, it would be decent. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for the price.
