There is no working gas they refuse to provide maintenance on anything in the complex do not use the washer and dryers as they don’t work and it fills with dirty water the surrounding area is filled with loiters and junkies will bother you and also the laundry on site is not free you have to pay there is also 0 insulation in any of the units meaning it gets real cold and remember the gas in these units do not work they haven’t been maintained or even looked at in years the owner does not pay For ...
anything they literally taped our refrigerator instead of replacing it when the seal broke and it still doesn’t work they also won’t tell you that they do not give back your security deposit as they will blame all pre existing damages on you or try to thankfully we took pictures of everything and document everything the management is the worst as well first they are never at the complex ever you have to drive all the way to Scranton to their office for everything they will not come to you there’s is no on site maintenance either and they don’t respond to requests all of the “remodeling” is just cheap work done to make it look up to code there are massive leaks and mold and they do not clean the air filters or pipes or even the furnaces there’s 0 maintenance done and the garage outside is always full people just throw stuff outside of it don’t even clean up it is terrible thankfully we are leaving but this is not a good place to live at all
