building, some paper trash, which just stays there..These are stand alone buildings and management is not onsite, 4.although they work the appliances are old, I dnt know what they do with the rent miney..The rubber for my refrigerator is coming off 5.They do pest control every month but i still see spiders crawling around my apartment and dead bugs in the corner of rooms 6.There is a stray cat that goes from.building to building , always hungry, always on top of parked vehicles, tries to follow you into your apartment, makes it hard to park when you pull into the drive way and it is in your way and wont move because it is hungry,management knows anout the cat and just put fliers under the door telling us the cat is onsite but does not call animal control or find the owner..I will mad if he scratches up my car or who knows if it will give you rabies 7.Cant wait for my lease to be over..Wish we could load videos and pictures to show the real truth 8.The rent is reasonable ,the neighbors are quiet..
