Alright apartment
January 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comFor a cheap price, the building is ok. It is obviously outdated and not always the most well maintained, at least in building C where I am staying in. I was orginally appalled with the room I had been given, having the floors be disgusting and uncleaned and the kitchen light not working. Pretty good for PennState

A great apartment for graduate student

It's a wonderful apartment with all the amenities that you can find in a college town. They give a free bus pass for all the bus routes in State College. It's walkable to campus. I am in the furnished unit and it has been very convenient. The building is a tad bit old but maintainance is always available. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The building is outdated and need a lot of improvements. There is many parts in my house that needed repair when I moved in and there is still many other. Maintenance is slow yet very helpful.
