The rooms are larger compared to other apartments. The whole apartment area is well maintained and maintainance team is prompt too. They have recently made a few upgradations and the rent has increased accordingly. Overall a nice place.

For a cheap price, the building is ok. It is obviously outdated and not always the most well maintained, at least in building C where I am staying in.
I was orginally appalled with the room I had been given, having the floors be disgusting and uncleaned and the kitchen light not working. However, the staff is nice and respondent enough to address issues you may be having from the space.

Living here is very safe and comfortable, even at such an affordable price. I brought my family here, and my two kids love playing around. Additionally, it only takes five minutes to walk to Weis for my daily needs. So far, it’s hard to find any negative points about Parkway. Lastly, I love the wide, open view with not too many buildings around

Rooms are pretty big, pre furnished costs aren’t too high, each second floor has a washer and dryer room so there isn’t too much of a wait, comes with an all route bus pass so transportation is easy. Only complaint is that work order take a bit too long to be resolved.

A great apartment for graduate student

I am a PhD student and have been here for two years now and have my lease signed for the next year. It's a wonderful apartment with all the amenities that you can find in a college town. They give a free bus pass for all the bus routes in State College. It's walkable to campus. I am in the furnished unit and it has been very convenient. The building is a tad bit old but maintainance is always available. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. It's a good place to live!

I have been living in Parkway for few months now, it has been blessing experience but I have few things that I didn’t like.
The building is outdated and need a lot of improvements.
There is many parts in my house that needed repair when I moved in and there is still many other.
Maintenance is slow yet very helpful.
The team usually responds fast so I did renew for another year, hopefully they will fix some of those issues.
