May 7, 2018I advise anyone looking to live here, run away fast. The owner's are jerks. And so is the office manager. The place is unsafe in every way. And it's no safer next door at Fox run. They have carjackings going on, drug dealers, the geese run the complex. The managment will not return calls. They are complete idiot's.Review from Apartments.com
Bed bugs!
October 20, 2016Please for your own sake do not come to parkway. The apartment next to me has them bad and has given then to everyone in my complex basically every building in the complex has them. I just saw one in mine last week. Some of the people refuse to get exterminated because there moving out soon so in the mean time there growing and growing. Just drive by the dumpsters, every week filled with discarded furniture filled with bed bug droppings (if you see that they had it bad.) I throw basically ...everything I own away from beds, tables, chairs, my sons toys, clothes. A new girl just moved in below and I feel horrible she doesn't know what she walked into.
