March 17, 2025My experience was unbelievable. I did not intend to move here but I spoke with Chauntee and she was very nice, helpful and professional. Chauntee made the experience so easy that I never viewed the apartment I only seen the apartment after the approval lol. I was not disappointed at all the apartment was beautiful and very clean. It is very peaceful in this community and we welcome positive people only. Please do not move here if you are not positive or peaceful. This was the best experience I ...ever had when renting an apartment. Thank you so much for your kindness. The lady that work along with Chauntee is just as amazing as well. I am really happy to be a part of this wonderful community, and the apartments are exactly as it is shown on the website nice and clean within a nice environment. July 5, 2024I have had my car broken into twice. Had to complain about my upstairs neighbor, smoking marijuana which makes my apartment smell like marijuana and the noise they make several times. They have been changes to the lease that we were not told about. The management refuses to get a second trash receptor and there’s always trash in the parking lot and around the apartments. The saving race is the maintenance team is really nice and they’ve helped me a lotProperty Manager Responded
