Great Service - Very Clean
January 30, 2023Moved to the US and needed an apartment immediately. Michael (Parkwood's property manager) made it happen quickly and easily. At Parkwood you actually deal with a responsive and knowledgeable representative that cares! (I had to deal with multiple AI chat bots at other properties throughout Sunnyvale and Mountain View just to try and set up a viewing. None of that nonsense here.) The property is clean, quiet, in a great neighborhood and very well maintained. Probably the cleanest, best kept ...apartment I've moved into. Nice Landscaping and Close Parks
July 28, 2015It's a nice place, but they waste a lot of water because of the nice landscaping. Also, since it's in Silicon Valley, it's a very expensive place to live. $2000 a month.Review from Apartments.com
