Management is horrible
July 25, 2022Whenever APM managed these apartments it was wonderful. However the new management is absolute trash. This lady will sue you for every penny she can get. (Personal experience) Takes pictures of you if you leave your trash bag outside the door for 5 minutes, had my car towed all the way across town. Charged outrageous fees, and was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. Would NOT recommend renting from these people.Review from Apartments.com
Great place
February 21, 2022I moved in at the beginning of the year and it has been great! They help me out with anything I need especially with maintenance. Jennifer the manager is great at communicating with me and helping me with anything I need. It is a quiet place to live and haven’t had any kind of problems!Review from Apartments.com
