    Great apartment complex in a relatively quiet location. Staff were very competent and accommodating, they made moving in easy and simple. Complex is very well maintained and feels clean all the time.

    I love living at Parla apts. Building is situated in a great neighborhood that is away from all the busyness of Ballard yet close enough to get to Ballard in less than 5 minutes. Building is well maintained with decent amenities. Is very close to multiple parks and beaches.. Building is also conveniently located close to D-line public transit.
