I have lived all over Madison over the past few years and this is by far the best place I’ve found! The apartments are gorgeous, the rent is impressively low, the air conditioning works beautifully, the management is amazing, and the area is super walkable. The walls are insulated so you don’t hear much noise from neighbors. My utilities bill was lower in this apartment than any other I’ve stayed in even though we kept the apartment at a 67 degrees. Branch Conservancy, there is so much to do within walking distance. The management puts on fun events. One time, there was a complimentary taco truck and live music in the patio. Living here felt like a luxury residence the entire time. We have literally no complaints at all!

I’ve lived here for the past four years, and I’d stay even longer if I could. When I first moved to Wisconsin, I knew nothing about the area, I literally picked a spot on the map. But landing in Middleton and finding this apartment turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

One of my favorite things is the location. You’re within walking distance of downtown Middleton, with its great restaurants, shops, and the stunning conservancy trails. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful living and easy access to everything you need.
Leaving this place is bittersweet because it truly felt like home. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-managed, and welcoming place to live in the area, I can’t recommend it enough.

It's like living at a 5-star hotel! This property has a great maintenance team that is knowledgeable and very prompt at responding to any and all of my requests. They even have 24-hour emergency after hours service and everything is taken care of swiftly. You can tell the management cares about the property. When I first moved to the Madison area, I was between this building and another. I choose the later and regretted it deeply and moved to Parmenter II the moment my lease was up!
