I would not recommend living here due to ongoing issues with management and billing. One of the biggest problems has been excessive and unnecessary charges that are often unclear and difficult to dispute. It feels like you’re constantly being billed for things that were never properly explained in the lease.

any consistency in management either—there are new leasing agents every few months, and many of them are unfamiliar with the terms of existing leases. This leads to conflicting information, with staff sometimes telling residents things that turn out to be inaccurate.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and constant staff turnover make this a frustrating place to live. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value clear communication and fair, consistent management.
