We deserve better
November 21, 2017I just simply wish the apartment complex/ company would treat the tenants fairly and as people, not as income. Yeah you can get in here smoothly, but your stay will be anything but. If you pay your rent online they give you 50$ off but they fail to mention that paying online results in a 2.6% convenience fee which is about 30-45$ extra anyway. The water bill is between 65-90$ extra as well so youre already looking at paying almost 100$ more than your actual rent every month. Oh and the ...refrigerator is also not included which is something they wont mention but will show in pictures. There is NO insulation in the walls, not a morsel. In the summer the thermometer we bought read 95 degrees. You absolutely HAVE to run the AC. I feel bad for the pets who have to live here thru the summer and the owners who have to pay that bill. I can also literally hear my neighbor breath. I have definitely seen roaches around but doesnt seem like an infestation, at least in my apartment. It seems as if they moved me right in days after the previous tenants. I spent hours cleaning filty cracks and crevices such as cabinets, floor boards, the shower rack, around the toilet (which has a stain on the floor that will not go away) and many other places where dirt settled over time and was never cleaned. All in all it is not the worse place to live but for the price and the label "luxury" apartments they could do so much better. The water bill is RIDICULOUS I am very curious as to how that is calculated and I just know we are being over charged, people are constantly moving in and out (its not worth the money), No insulation in the walls and when trucks go by the building shakes (not even sure what that means).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE
March 9, 2016My sister and I have only lived here a month and a half and our neighbor directly across from us has pulled a gun on me, attempted to break into our apartment, been arrested and is now out on $5,000 bail. I have never felt so unsafe in my life. Despite previous issues with this man and speaking with other neighbors I found my fear of this person was not singular. In fact both my neighbors on our floor are scared to even open their door's because of him. Why on earth would management place an 18 ...year old and 20 year old in such close proximity to a man who has previously been arrested at the apartment, whose mom has a restraining order against him, had many complaints about him, and a know drinking problem the manager Vicky notified me about when i told her he had been arrested. All they care about is money and placing a new person in an apartment. There idea of helping us is trying to place us in another complex WAY ABOVE our price range. Despite the fact that we saved for almost a year to move and have only been here a little over a month, and now have to scramble to leave and pay all the expenses over again, in order to be safe.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

There are three managers onsite that do an exceptional job at overseeing and making sure the complex is in good operation with maintnence. I am once proud to live here. My place I call home
September 3, 2015This place I call home is what I titled this. The reason for that is because this place has been my home. I have stayed at other apartments and have dreaded going home. I would drive around just to not walk into my door, however the moment I had my first viewing of the apartment with Vickie I feel in love, with the wood ceilings, the neatness of the apartments ans of course Vickie was amazing so that added to it all. It has been 4 years living hear and I don't plan on leaving any time soon, as ...long as they keep things up as they have- from maintenance being timely, questions being answered and just and overall family oriented place.
