Cockroaches Heroin addicts loud parties on weeknights and an incompetent arrogant maintenance man to boot. If this is your idea of home then welcome anybody can now move in due to the screening process being eliminated under new ownership. Avoid this nightmare complex!

Run down apartments - no amenities - undrinkable water

Stylish Living?! What? These were built in 1966, and other than a "sort of ok" fridge and stove, nothing at all has been upgraded in these old, drafty, non insulated apartments. The buildings are in poor condition inside and outside and not cared for. Look at the pictures, see for yourself. Weeks ago a notice was sent to "boil water - water unsafe to drink" and still has not been resolved. Residents have to shower in contaminated, dangerous water, filled with God knows what sort of ...
contaminants. In the winter, heating costs can soar to over $600 because nothing is insulated and the windows have one pane of thin glass.

this is the worse place to move the owner fixes nothing the kids break into apartments there a camera but doesnt matter owner doesnt care unless destroying his stuff the rental person chris and owner will tell you anything to get your money the basements flood and have mold save your money and a headache
