Run down apartments - no amenities - undrinkable water
February 25, 2019Stylish Living?! What? These were built in 1966, and other than a "sort of ok" fridge and stove, nothing at all has been upgraded in these old, drafty, non insulated apartments. The buildings are in poor condition inside and outside and not cared for. Look at the pictures, see for yourself. Weeks ago a notice was sent to "boil water - water unsafe to drink" and still has not been resolved. Residents have to shower in contaminated, dangerous water, filled with God knows what sort of ...contaminants. In the winter, heating costs can soar to over $600 because nothing is insulated and the windows have one pane of thin glass.Property Manager Responded
