Review for the Patridge Meadows Apt
February 18, 2020I have live at Patridge Meadows for almost 13 years and I will highly recommend. A lot of changes since the new Management. The cleanliness of the area and the people work at the office are very pleasant. Not like the previous one with their attitude are so bad. The manager Elizabeth was so helpful very pleasant with a good attitude and explaining everything to you. August 14, 2019Military discount, quiet, plenty of parking and a very large space with a lot of personality. Great experience with all the office ladies, grounds and maintenance. Only wish they had a dog park on premise for all the families with dogs. I would pay a monthly fee to have one. Nice place to call home for a while.Review from Apartments.com
Dont let them trick you
January 23, 2019The apartments look nice with an okay price, but don't let them fool you. The people in the office ignore your calls and are very rude. Your mail that is delivered to your front door will be stolen. Cars are broken into. It is not a safe place to live and they do not help you feel at home. They do not take care of their residents.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2017I really likes this place at first but they will lie to u to get u to move in I moved in when they were running a special and told me when my lease is up that if I sign another lease my rent will go up no more than 15.00 well when it was up my rent went up 100.00 more lease was up sept they sent notice out aug so really no time to move so needless to say I had to sign another lease but I guarantee I won’t sign another lease next yr so be carefulReview from Apartments.com
