unbelievable management
April 17, 2022my son stayed here for three years, roaches, aircon problems, furniture problems, then they bore a hole in our bathroom because of leak upstairs, never fixed it until we left, then we notified them twice way before the 60 day prescriptive period that we were not renewing lease, now they send collection agency collecting from our two month rent penalty claiming we did not inform them beforehand, if your read other reviews, management changes every few months so turnover of employees very fast ...also, unbelievable, hope the management gets a dose of their own medicine one dayRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor management handing over notes, roaches!
November 1, 2021Full of roaches, sign contract on the day you move into your apartment, they can change the room on the last day. Management does not hand over all documents during handing over to a new management team, keep all copies of your documents. Very unethical people. All they care about is your money. "F" Grade Complex
November 3, 20154 management companies, 4 owners, 15 managers, 8 maintenance personnel in the last 5 years. Rat/mice infested, roach/bedbug infested buildings. No pool and spa usage in 3 years. Take your life in your own hands.Property Manager Responded

Horrible.
September 7, 2015The management keeps changing every couple of months. It's ridiculous. If anything is wrong, don't plan on it getting fixed. They tell you it will get done and never does. So many crazy people around the complex that you never feel safe. Agree that the pool is green and nasty. I will not be renewing either. The apartment itself isn't too bad but it's so old things keep breaking and they could really care less to fix it and still expect you to pay rent. Can't wait to get out of here and not deal ...with management that doesn't know what they're doing.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2014my lease will be up in October & I wont renew. the last manager was great but she went to a better property a few months after I moved in. this manager is too busy doing other real estate stuff we assume, they have asked us to pay for instance when a microwave breaks. the pool is green usually & pretty gross but I swim elsewhere so I don't care.Property Manager Responded
