My wife and I have been here for 4 years. We really like this place.Because it is quiet and very well maintained. The gardening and shrubbery are well kept and look really nice. And the parking area is clean and orderly, and our cars are covered not in the sun. Nighttime illumination is also good and it is located close to everything we need. Additionally, the dumpsters are located at the back of the property. So they are out of the way, but handy, when you need to go there. Safety is also ...

good because none of the doors face. The street when packages are dropped off at my door they have never been stolen because you can't see them from the street.

They are very prompt to respond if any repairs are ever needed. I was having issues with the AC on the weekend because of heavy rain. Sylvia, sent someone to fix it right away. The assigned covered parking is great! Isa is very friendly and they make you feel like family. I'm actually sad to be leaving. The only reason I'm leaving is because I am moving somewhere that has a pool. Also the pest control is awesome. Never had any issues. Thank you guys for making my stay here great!

Lived here for almost a year now and must say it has been the best place I’ve lived at so far. The community is very quiet, staff is quick to respond to maintenance issues and apartment courtyard is kept clean at all times. Location is great, close to library, Walmart and gym.

I've definitely enjoyed living at Paseo del Sol. They are so accommodating. They are quick with any repairs or replacements that need to be done. The staff is friendly and always seem willing to help. I love how close it is to so many things. IMAS and McAllen Public Library are but a minute's drive away. Down the street you can also find a variety of places to eat and shop, including Wal-Mart. Freedom Fitness is also close by for anyone that likes to hit the gym. There are also a few schools ...

pretty close by for school age children. STVT is also only a short walk away for those wanting to continue their education. Aside from how close by everything is, Paseo del Sol has a nice outdoors area for playing and BBQs. I have a son of 4 years old and he has found a few friends here. I've noticed the families like to spend time outside in the evenings when the day cools down. It's great to see that our neighbors are all friendly enough that we can all spend some time outside enjoying the evening. Overall, I would say this place has everything we wanted and are very happy we found it. I hope others will find what they want in these apartments as well.
