This place is great!
July 3, 2019Been living here for a year with my husband and two small children. There’s a private park with a playground and dog park. It’s about the size of a football field and always clean. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. All walk-in closets. Large bathrooms. Deep tubs in both bathroom. The kitchen drawers are deep so they can store a lot. There’s two large cutting boards which can be used as tables for gatherings. Open floor plan. The only part I don’t like is the patio. It’s very small and ...not private. Maintenance calls are taken seriously and are served ASAP. The pool is clean. The bathrooms and gym are well maintained. The gym is pretty big. They even have a stair master. Lots of free weights. The staff are so professional they listen. It’s close to Safeway and Walmart. Two exits from Costco. The freeway is more of a white noise so it doesn’t bother me. Thick windows block most of the sounds. Walls are thick. They weren’t going to raise my rent if I sign for another year but I have to move for a job. I would come back here if I ever lived in Manteca again.Property Manager Responded

June 6, 2017This place is terrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The facility is falling apart. The maintenance guy damaged my personal property and denied it. Do yourself a favor DO NOT move here.Review from Apartments.com
Living Well In Manteca
August 9, 2015It all starts with the staff at Paseo Villa's. There are professional, considerate and attentive. I am going through a very difficult time of my life with the death of my father, divorce and loss of my house. I've been a home owner for many years and haven't lived in an apartment for over 15 years. I was concerned and felt as if I was taking a step backwards. Paseo Villa's staff has done a magnificent Jo's making me feel "at home". The apartment is spacious and well built. The grounds are ...beautiful and well maintained. It feels like I'm on vacation. The club house area, movie theater and gym are amazing and a thrill my kids. I use the pool nearly every weekend. This would have been a much more challenging transition in my life had it not been for Paseo Villa's. I can't say enough about this place the wonderful people here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
