    water coming from A/C unit created mold in walls and floor. management aware of this issue for over a year and still no definitive fix.

  • Poor management

    June 7, 2022
    I have lived here for 10 months now. We have had multiple break-ins. Outside doors are often unlocked and there are no security cameras. There are two stray cats that live in the garage and scratch up people’s cars. This has been reported to management multiple times and they will do nothing about it. The hallway has been vacuumed once in the 10 months that I’ve lived here. The fitness room is so filthy you don’t want to touch it and the treadmill has been broken for six months now. The trash ...
    room is close to the entrance from the garage and smells so bad it’s embarrassing. It also attracts bugs. The management staff is only worried about whether you’ve brought your trash can in on time. Endless emails about that. They don’t fix anything or seem to care.

    I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the building, the maintenance staff. The grounds are kept very pretty, the recreation areas are beautiful. I am pretty happy to live here & feel safe at all times. Also the staff has a good handle of all that is going on.

    Im so happy I chose Paseo. Its conveniently located in Winter Park apart of Winter Park Village. Walking distance from movies, restaurants and shops. The building is beautiful along with the landscaping. Pool and workout area are great to have. Isaac has been a fabulous help to the move in process.
