Misleading
October 12, 2024They project this property to be safe and quiet. Total opposite people fighting Al day every day. Drug deals in the parking and it’s not even safe to use their “luxury amenities”. The type of people who have been moving here is nothing but problems. I can’t wait to pack my stuff and head out.Property Manager Responded

Fire Alarms Randomly Going Off - Past few YEARS
January 6, 2022The main building suffers from a faulty fire alarm. I have stayed in this apartment since it opened and the problem only got worse. It happens probably once a week, whether day or dead of night. The poor fire department has to mobilize an entire ladder truck to shut off the fire alarm. Overall a huge failure. Want to sleep? Hah Want to work from home? Hah It’s otherwise a decent complex, if you can ignore the piles of the trash in the hallways due to undersized trash chutes… Feeling ...comfortable that you can get a decent night of sleep should be bare minimum for an apartment, much less a “luxury” apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very Disappointing Apartment Complex
November 11, 2020The other review that is currently on this site is correct about this complex. Ever since February, it has been impossible to reach the management within a month of your first attempt. There is one staff member in the office who tries her best to be helpful. However, the actual manager does not follow through with communication or action with residents. Go look on Yelp or Google reviews and you will see a long list of people who are disappointed with the service here. Most good reviews are from ...people who just moved into the complex and have lived here for a week. April 25, 2020This place has beeen hell since I've moved here , fire alarm goes off every 30 mins , Community management never gets backs after multiple times trying to contact even 4 months later still no contact from them after sending multiple emails , if you have children watch out a maintenance staff tried coming on to me sexually and I've reported it and nothings been done I've literally been traumatize seeing him still walk around freely , my car also had pieces stolen off of it and keyed , living under ...someone is hell if they have children running and jumping all night long or adult fighting and arguing , the hall ways alway smell like smoke and is always dirty with bugs flying all over ,please save yourself trouble and move elsewhere , sincerely your helpful neighbor.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
