The first day we moved in and got our keys, we seen that the tub was leaking and had big cracks in it, water was flooding our bathroom all the way to our bedroom and it made our carpet stink and smell like mildew, we consistently tried to get in contact with maintenance as soon as possible but it took them days to actually come and see about the problem. They finally patched up the tub after 2 weeks but after time the tub still had cracks and we just had to deal with it. A couple months later our ...
sink caved all the way in, I tried to call the office and maintenance multiple times to tell them it was an emergency, once they finally came and looked at the sink I had to wait multiple days for my sink to get fixed because they kept forgetting about me, my sink finally got fixed after 2 weeks… couple weeks later my toilet started leaking, they eventually fixed the toilet but it was constantly running all day long to the point where it got annoying and super loud. Our microwave door handle broke off from just barely touching it, there were already cracks on the microwave corners when we first moved in, the blinds in the living room just fell off of the window when we tried to open the window.
Also the office put an eviction notice on my door that I had an unregistered pet when I was only babysitting my mom’s dog for a couple of days while she was out of town, I was concerned on why we had an eviction notice for just babysitting a dog.. I was told by management that I wasn’t allowed to babysit my dog and neighbors were complaining that a DOG was barking and took videos of me with my dogs without my consent. Management told me that I had to ASK them if I was able to babysit another dog.
By the way this was me and my boyfriend’s first ever apartment and it was the worst thing we have ever experienced, we didn’t even stay there for a full year because of how horrible everything was.
I do not recommend moving here, please find something else
