There is a terrible lack of communication. The property manager has no empathy and doesn't care about how their tenants are living. They switched to a third towing company, 21st century within a year. There is a safety violation that hasn't been taken care of (the roof shingles were hammered with extra long nails that protrude through. You can see the nails stick through when you are at the porch. apartment without garage that periodically gets pulled out and wires exposed. While talking to the property manager with things we didn't agree about, she ignored and threatened to "punish" the tenants that might unknowingly violate the rule. I can go on and on. Please look for something better.

We are very sorry you have not had a positive experience here at Patricia Anne. We recently switched towing companies due to the previous tow company not providing the best service for our residents. Because of the size of Property we do not have an on-site leasing staff and must rely on our residents informing us of maintenance repairs at the community so that we may take immediate action.
